Where did the name come from?

The word Goprismpicks was chosen because it is bold, memorable, and unique enough to stand out. It carried no previous connotations, which allowed us to shape it into the brand it represents today: a symbol of individuality, creativity, and freedom of choice.

Where are you located?

We are based in the USA, but our products are created and shipped from various trusted partners and warehouses worldwide, ensuring the best quality and fastest delivery.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries around the world and proudly serve customers in over 75 countries.
(Exceptions may apply in certain restricted regions.)

Where do you ship from?

Products are shipped directly from our carefully selected fulfillment centers and partners. This allows us to serve you efficiently no matter where you live.

What does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $200. For other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Simply add items to your cart, select your country, and the shipping cost will be displayed.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing.

  • Domestic Shipping (USA):

    • Standard (USPS or FedEx Ground): 5–10 business days

    • Express (FedEx Express or USPS Express Mail): 2–3 business days

Will I be charged customs fees outside the USA?

Most likely, yes. Every country has different rules for handling imported goods. Please check your local regulations or use an online duty calculator for estimates. Goprismpicks does not pre-pay or cover import fees.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for activation. For international shipments, tracking updates may stop once the package leaves the U.S., but rest assured your order is on its way.

Many of our products are made in the USA, while others are crafted by small manufacturers and artisans worldwide. Check each product page for details.

Do you sell wholesale?

Our focus is direct-to-customer through our website, but we occasionally work with select boutiques that align with our values. Contact us if you are interested.

Can I hire Goprismpicks for custom design work?

Sorry, we don't take outside design projects. Building Goprismpicks and serving our customers keeps us fully dedicated.
